Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of CasinoRush. By creating an account or launching a game you agree to them. Please read carefully.
1. Eligibility
CasinoRush is available to Canadian residents who are at least 18 years of age (19 in Nunavut, Quebec, New Brunswick, and other provinces where that is the legal age of majority). Accounts created by anyone outside these requirements are closed on detection.
2. Entertainment only
Every title on CasinoRush is a social game that uses virtual credits with no monetary value. Virtual credits cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for cash, merchandise, or any other form of consideration.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Sharing accounts, operating multiple accounts, or using automation tools is not permitted and will result in suspension.
4. Acceptable behaviour
Treat chat rooms and community features with respect. Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, or any attempt to circumvent moderation tools will result in permanent removal from the platform.
5. Content and intellectual property
All artwork, branding, and game logic are the property of CasinoRush or our licensing partners. You may not copy, mirror, or redistribute platform content without written permission.
6. Availability
We target high uptime but CasinoRush is provided on an as-is basis. Scheduled maintenance, upstream outages, or connectivity issues may occasionally interrupt sessions.
7. Changes to the service
Games rotate weekly, features evolve, and rules are refined. Material changes to these terms are announced at least 30 days before they take effect.
8. Account closure
You may close your account at any time from account settings or by emailing [email protected]. We may close accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
9. Limitation of liability
Because CasinoRush is offered free of charge for entertainment, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes should be filed with the courts of Toronto unless local consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
